Stacking the Shelves #2

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews

In terms of books, it won't be a great week for me. I got declined twice for my requests of Crown of Midnight, by Sarah J. Maas, and Rebel Spring by Morgan Rhodes. Double rejection. I don't have a whole lot of books this week, especially compared to the dozens of books other bloggers that went to the BEA got for free. But I'm still grateful for the books I have and super excited to begin them!

So, here is my list:
To-Read:

1. A Clockwork Orange, by Anthony Burgess
2. Fahrenheit 451, by Ray Bradbury
3. Between Shades of Gray, by Ruta Sepetys
4. Shadow and Bone, by Leigh Bardugo

Cornerstone (Souls of the Stones, #1)Second Stone (Souls of the Stones #2)Broken Stone (Souls of the Stones, #3)Ink (Paper Gods, #1)

  1. You got a great haul this week, even if you didn't go to BEA! I loved Angelfall - it's amazing and I hope that you enjoy it. Shadow and bone is another great one as well as The Indigo Spell! I hope that you enjoy them as much as I did! I can't wait to read Prodigy, it's waiting for me on my shelf and I should read it soon!

    Happy reading!

  2. Awesome Haul! I'm very jealous of your copies of Shadow and Bone and Between Shades of Gray, two books Ruby has made me very excited to read. I also have a e-copy of Ink and it will be interesting to compare thoughts. Happy Reading :)

    1. Ya, I remember reading her review of Between Shades of Gray, and she really inspired me to read it. Honestly, I've had Ink for a few weeks now, but I've been too lazy to read it. Can't wait to see what you think of it, Sunny :D

  3. YAY Prodigy! I need to remember to pick that one up the next time I go to the public library. And Shadow and Bone is really good! Check out my review, if you're interested! :)

Don't feel bad about Crown of Midnight - I know experienced, seasoned bloggers that got rejected for that title in addition to you :\

    Thanks for visiting my blog!
